Hosted Tournaments – All Day Event – 20+ teams attending
– Non food/Jewelry/Dry Freeze Treats
$75 per day or $100 for the weekend
– Drinks/Snow cones/Fruit cup/Corn
$125 per day or $150 for the weekend
– Food Vendor
$150 per day or $175 for weekend
WHGSA League Gamedays – Opening day, Closing day, Events
– $100 Food/Drink
– $75 Non Food
All vendors are expected to have all required permits. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents (weights to hold down tents on windy days), extensions cords, etc.
**WHGSA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES**
WHGSA does not ask or require payments in advance. A board member will collect payment, and issue receipts the first day of the event.
